Christmas “Top of the Pops” Cabaret & Party

Each Night will Include:
Welcome Cocktail, Live Festive Singers, Christmas “Top of the Pops” Cabaret Show,DJ Entertainment, Photographer, Crazy Music Table Quiz , Casey’s Showgirls & 4 Course Meal

Please ensure all Menus are filled in ASAP and emailed to cordingley@caseysvenues.co.uk drinks pacakages can also be pre ordered to save any queue on arrival at the bar.

*Dress code must be MINIMUM of Smart Casual but MOST people wear Party Wear! Fancy dress is allowed ( usually popular on Top of the pops nights) and Xmas jumpers are also most welcome. Some groups like to wear Black tie so nothing is too glamorous here!

*You will be welcomed and advised of your groups table on arriving

(please inform us of any access requirements for wheelchairs etc in advance of the event) & Our concierge will be on the door undertaking a security bag check so please inform your guests that those trying to bring alcohol into the venue will be turned away with no refunds! Any gifts of drinks for other people must be left at reception for the entire evening. Apologies for this but we have previously had issues with people trying to disguise bringing in drinks.

No Own Drinks anywhere this includes cars & car park anyone caught will be asked to leave without a refund imediately.

*Following the evening, the link to your photos will be publicised on our Facebook Page “Casey’s Cordingley Hall”. These may take a day or two.

7pm – Door’s Open.

There will be a Welcome Drink upon arrival and our Photographer will be on hand taking group photos.

We will also have Christmas Games Packs available for sale on the door £4 each ( which include vouchers to join in with our 2 games plus a neon/ glitter face painting voucher as well as a Free House Shot Voucher & Lucky Envelope Number). Please BUY a pack EACH we havent put our prices up unlike many other venues so taking part in this kind of fun really helps us keep costs low and the fun high!

Grab a drink from the bar or Pre order a drinks package NOW so its on your table for when you arrive to avoid initial queue, Everyone must make their way to their seats ready for food service to start. This year the piano bar will be selling our festive cocktails & FULL BOTTLES of prosecco & wine 7-9pm for quick service.

7:20pm (Approx) – Group Stage Photos Please make sure you don’t miss these) & Starters will be served whilst you’re having your groups photo!. During food service we ask that nobody moves name cards or swaps tables.

7.45pm (Approx) – Main Course will be served. Please leave as much space as possible for extra items (e.g. vegetables) to placed down on your table. During food service we ask that nobody moves name cards or swaps tables. or basket meal nights you will be invited to collect your meals using a token.

8:15pm (Approx) – Festive Singer will take to the stage to get you in the festive spirit.

8:40pm – Stand Up Bingo & Boobs & Bums Game. Bingo Cards & Vouchers to play included in Games Pack. PLEASE BUY A PACK ON ARRIVAL

8:45pm (Approx) – Desserts will be served. There will also be a Tea & Coffee Station set up in our Piano Bar at this time. During food service we ask that nobody moves name cards or swaps tables.

9pm – Cabaret Show Starts ( feel free to get up and dance on the dance floor NOT ON THE STAGE)  In Piano Bar: Glitter Face Painter (with voucher) / Props Area for Photos / Free Tea & Coffee served for those wishing to undertake a 4^th Course!

10:00pm – Disco until Late with DJ 

At this busy season, local taxi companies are in high demand so we recommend booking your taxi home between 12am- 12:30 Thursdays & Sundays 11.30-12am !
